Through collaboration with the @blackaustintours team who put in an incredible amount of time and expertise into researching the history of Black Barber's throughout central Texas, I was fortunate enough to carry out their vision of highlighting the oldest Black barbershop in Austin, Ideal Barbershop, while telling the unique story of East Austinites.
